By displaying Your Content, you grant PHP Alarms a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. PHP Alarms reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.
5. No warranties
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and PHP Alarms express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
6. Limitation of liability
In no event shall PHP Alarms, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. PHP Alarms, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
7. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent PHP Alarms from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of these Terms.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
9. Variation of Terms
PHP Alarms is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
10. Assignment
PHP Alarms is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between PHP Alarms and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.
13. New & Existing Systems
Rates start at $19.95/month for existing reprogrammable systems. Verified homeownership, approved credit, and standard monitoring agreement are all required for service. Homeowners do NOT have to have an active landline for alarm monitoring of existing systems in order to receive the $19.95/month rate. In order to receive the $19.95 monthly rate, there is a one time equipment cost of $99 for the wireless module. There is no cost of installation for the wireless module. If an active landline or useable VOIP is not present, wireless GSM cell service is required and is available at an additional monthly cost. To be eligible for $19.95/month rate, existing alarm equipment must be compatible with the Central Monitoring Station receivers as determined by the PHP Alarms technician. Local permit fees may be required. State taxes may apply to equipment and monitoring rates. Any existing contract with another alarm system company must be terminated before signing a contract with PHP Alarms. The customer is wholly responsible for the cancellation of their contract with their existing alarm systems provider. Customers are also responsible for all subsequent cancellation costs. This offer is subject to change without notice, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Other restrictions may apply; ask sales associate for full details.
14. Alarm System Disclaimer
PHP Alarms is not responsible for wireless, cellular, Internet or radio communication services. These services can be interrupted by various conditions including, but not limited to, weather and mechanical failure. PHP Alarms’s alarm security systems are intended to prevent and deter residential and commercial crime for the home alarm system user. However, PHP Alarms is in no way responsible for any property loss, damage, or injuries as these are issues that the customer or the customer’s insurance company is solely responsible for. Furthermore, PHP Alarms reserves the right to terminate this agreement and discontinue services upon the customer’s failure to make payments on time or repeated failure to correctly operate the system, resulting in an excessive amount of false alarms made. PHP Alarms is not responsible for any court fees that result in the event of a false alarm.
15. Referral Program
$100 account credit is valid for referrals in the first 60 days of service with PHP Alarms. After 60 days, the referral credit is $75.00. Referring party must be a PHP Alarms customer with an active account in good standing and has been active for at least 3 days. Account credit may take up to 3 billing cycles to be applied to the account. Offer does not apply to opening secondary or multiple locations by current customers. This offer is subject to change and is only available to good standing customers of PHP Alarms. Good standing customers are those without any past due balances in delinquent status.
16. Special Promotions & Coupons
Offer valid only for new customers. New customer must mention promotion or verify promo code or coupon during initial sales call to begin claiming discount. This offer is not valid for existing PHP Alarms customers, is subject to change without notice, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
17. Apple/Android/Google/Amazon Products
Android Phones, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, Apple Watch, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and various other products are all sold separately and are not included in any packages. Apps shown on site are not created, managed or distributed by PHP Alarms.
